1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet through the TayaGame platform at tayagame.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you create your TayaGame account.
TayaGame reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of TayaGame following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility
To open and maintain a TayaGame account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold onlyone TayaGame account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and a report to the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

Your TayaGame account is for personal use only. You may not transfer your account, account balance, or any winings to another person, and you may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access services.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
TayaGame accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on TayaGame:
- The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your TayaGame wallet in real time for most payment methods.
- TayaGame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the platform's verification checks.
- TayaGame reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation.
- Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
- TayaGame does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
TayaGame offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of the offer:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and identity verification.
- Each welcome bonus is available to one account person, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses across multiple accounts constitute a breach of these terms.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. TayaGame does not hide this information fine print.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion.
- TayaGame reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been accepted and wagering has begun, TayaGame will honour the original terms unless fraud or a breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected.
- Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly and have no monetary value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
6 Betting Rules
TayaGame offers a wide range of gaming products including jackpot slots, live casino games, sports betting (including NBA and MA), the Color Game, card games, and more. The following general betting rules apply across all products:
- All bets placed on TayaGame are final once confirmed. TayaGame does not allow cancellation of confirmed bets under normal circumstances.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on TayaGame and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referal to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and collusion — Including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card games, coordinating bets with other players to exploit a bonus or promotion, or providing false information during registration or verification.
- Money laundering — Using TayaGame to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. TayaGame complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
- Arbitrage betting — Placing bets solely to exploit bonus offers or promotional free bets without genuine gambling intent, commonly known as bonus abuse.
- Use of automated tools — Deploying bots, scripts, or other software to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Account sharing — Allowing any other person to access, operate, or place bets through your TayaGame account.
- Chargebacks — Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate TayaGame deposits.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the TayaGame platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of TayaGame or its licensed content providers. Nothing on this platform grants you any right, title, or interest in any TayaGame intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any TayaGame content without express written permission from TayaGame. Unauthorised use of TayaGame's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, TayaGame's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
TayaGame is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- Interruptions to service caused by third-party internet providers, payment processors, or force majeure events beyond TayaGame's reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own login credentials or from unauthorised access to their account where TayaGame has not been negligent.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits TayaGame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
11 Account Suspension and Closure
TayaGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Requirement by law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, TayaGame reserves the right to withold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach of terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
12 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of TayaGame that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
